Click here for a video version of this review: News of a third season of _Somebody Feed Phil_ brought a huge smile to my face. This program is a joy to watch, and the prospect of watching Phil once again travel the world and showcase some cool places and eat some delicious food, got me kinda excited. Much like the previous two seasons, this third season is a real fun time. This time around he visits Marrakesh, Chicago, London, Seoul, and finally Montreal. All along the way the food is incredible and is a nice mix of high end fancy stuff, market stalls, and street food. Phil has a constantly changing cycle of sidekicks, either friends of Phil with a connection to the places, or experts on the locations or cuisines of the locations. What I really like about this show is Phil himself. He is the anchor of it all, and his goofy takes and reactions to everything add a wonderful childlike excitement to each episode. He is curious about learning new things, but also quite knowledgeable about many subjects. Because of Phil and the way he is, the show has a warm cozy feeling that is a pleasure to watch. Add to that scenes where you can see him get emotionally moved by someone, like the scene with a lady that had escaped from North Korea, and this show stands out as unique. Season 3 is as strong as its predecessors, and if you want a show that will make you hungry, but at the same time make you feel really good about life, _Somebody Feed Phil_ needs to be on your watchlist.
