"One of the authors of books from the Moscow Noir series, Paul Leander-Engstrom, is a Swedish economist who has known the milieu of the Moscow financial elite.It belonged to pioneers in the growing Russian capital market. Leander-Engstrom established cooperation with his student friend , the author of well-known Swedish detective Camilla Grebe, and used a literary medium to share her experience, a three-part series about the brutal world of Russian finances from the end of the 20th century, where the most ruthless players met in the fight for big money. history on a small screen. The series was recorded in Lithuania, as well as in Sweden, Russia and Finland. The characters talk to each other in English, Swedish and Russian. Behind the camera stood Mikael Håfström, one of the directors of the well-received Netflix series "Bloodline" and the creator of the Oscar-nominated film "Evil".
