I saw that as a kid long time ago, rewatched it recently just for kicks and it is still a great TV show for kids. Has everything, evil 2nd rank magician with aspirations, beautiful princess, sausage-like dogs, drama and plot twists that will keep an imaginative child glued to the screen.
