Bill Chia, whose real name is Jia Hongyuan, is a cutting-edge director in Taiwan and a record company planner. Through Highly keen on vision, with infinite ideas and creation of infinite possible vision as his work style. In 2003, Yuanying Production Co., Ltd. was established. From the pre-production, shooting, post-production visual, software content planning and production to full play, under the consistent and complete integration, the works blend fashion and creativity, making the image present an artistic sense.
