Born in Canada and brought up in Birmingham, England, Molly Dineen is one of the UK's most acclaimed contemporary documentary filmmakers. She is known for her intimate and probing portraits of British individuals and institutions, including her debut film, 1985's Home From The Hill. She is the recipient of numerous accolades, including BAFTA, Grierson and RTS awards for documentary.
